We are an online-only store based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
What areas do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide, our products are used in every corner of the country. We also supply to New Zealand – shipping to NZ is a little more expensive so it is best to get a few friends together and place a combined order to save on freight costs.
We don’t currently sell outside of Australia and New Zealand.
How long do kit orders take to prepare and deliver?
All of our customised kits are hand crafted and assembled with great love and care. Most orders are completed and ready to be dispatched within 4-5 days. A courier service will then deliver your order – for capital cities generally allow 2-3 business days from dispatch date for your order to arrive, while regional areas are typically 4 – 8 days.
Please note that deliveries to Western Australia generally take 7 days from date of shipment. We recommend selecting the “Express Post” option for W.A. orders.
I need my order urgently. Can I get it any quicker?
Please select the “Jump the Queue” option during checkout. Your order will be treated as urgent and created as quickly as possible. Generally this means we complete and dispatch kits within 1-2 days.
For a super-fast delivery service, select the “Jump the Queue (with Express Post)” option. We will complete your order as quickly as possible, and send via Express Post.
How long do accessories orders take to ship?
Orders for non-personalised products, such as our Bun Flower Crowns and Dancewear, are usually sent out with 24 hours. There may be a small delay of 1-2 days during peak periods.
My dance school has special uniform requirements, can I request a colour for my kit contents?
Sure can, just pop in a message during checkout with the details and we will do our best. If for some reason we can’t supply that colour, we’ll let you know and give you a few options before proceeding.
What are the dimensions of Hair En Pointe’s kits?
We use three different kit sizes – a small (travel), medium and large. Scroll to the bottom of the product page for the kit you are interested in, and you will find the size in cm’s of that kit.
If I order more than one product, do I pay freight on each?
No, we offer flat-rate shipping so you only pay the one shipping fee no matter how many products you purchase on that order. There are a couple of different shipping rates depending on the type of product you are purchasing.
Who uses your kits?
Ballerinas, gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers … and anyone who loves to keep their hair looking on point!

What payment methods do you accept?
Just PayPal at this stage – but you can also use the PayPal gateway to pay using your credit card, even without a PayPal account.
